I love a good designer collaboration. Sadly, as a student, I can't afford to invest in designer pieces so it's always great when they launch limited edition rages to mass market. At the minute there seems to be loads of really exiting ones so I thought I'd share my favourites.
Alber Elbaz For Lancome
Back in June Lavin's Alber Elbaz's gorgeous collection for Lacome was launched. Alber Elbaz was let loose to recreate the packaging for the famous Lacome Hypnôse range. The result is really cute illustrations corresponding to the mascara names; Doll Eyes, Star and Drama. Alber was inspired to design the collection by the mascaras woman like shape. The Mascaras, Palettes and False Eyelashes are all set to be collectables so get them while you can!
Isabel Marant For H&M
H&M have got to be the most famous hight street store for collaborations, the swedish brand have joined up with countless house hold names in the past which are always extremely well received. More round the block queuing and website crashing can be expected on November the 14th for their next collaboration with Isabel Marant. The collection will no doubt be oozing with Parisian chic and will include women's wear, jewlry and men's wear.
Matthew Williamson For Benefit
Matthew Williamson has teamed up with one of my favourite make up brands and created a gorgeous 70s inspired palette. 'The Rich Is Back' features packing which uses some of his most famous prints. The palette includes; my all time favourite mascara, They're Real, a lipgloss, blush and four new eye shadows which Matthew Williamson picked out. The very 70s turquoise shimmer is the same colour as a dress in a Guy Bourdin image.
